fit?

it's winter. and michigan winters typically fatten me up a good 10 lb or so.

this year i'd like to keep that from happening. on lunch today i went to the gym with some coworkers. i ran a little bit, and picked up heavy things, being sure to put them back down as well. then i swam, and sat in the steam room, finally grabbing a chocolate protein shake before heading back to the office. it was almost a 2h lunch, but it was so fun. thank you, company, for giving me the membership and letting me flex my time. w00t.

because i'm one competitive (i know that reads: insecure) beotch, i want to be especially good looking while naked, because of the personal trainer i'm shagging. but also, it'll make next year's mtb season that much better. if i start off slimmer and stronger, that's only going to translate to faster. right?
